Dermal fillers are injectable gels — most commonly made from hyaluronic acid, a substance that occurs naturally in your skin — that restore lost volume, smooth lines, and enhance facial contours without surgery or significant downtime.
Unlike anti-wrinkle injections which relax muscles, fillers physically add volume and structure where it has been lost or where it is naturally lacking. Results are visible immediately and last between 9 and 18 months depending on the area and product used.
Hyaluronic acid fillers are fully reversible using a dissolving enzyme called hyaluronidase — making them one of the safest and most flexible aesthetic treatments available. We keep hyaluronidase on hand at every session.

Results are visible immediately. Mild swelling or tenderness is normal and resolves within 24–72 hours. Most patients return to work the same day.

Most patients describe mild pressure rather than pain. We apply topical anaesthetic cream 20–30 minutes before treatment, and Juvederm and Restylane fillers also contain lidocaine. Lip fillers involve a slightly more sensitive area but remain well-tolerated by the vast majority of patients.
Results typically last 9–18 months depending on the area and product used. Lip fillers generally last 9–12 months as the lips are a high-movement area. Cheek and jawline fillers tend to last 12–18 months. Metabolism, lifestyle, and sun exposure also affect longevity.
